🎉One Year In: Energy Knowledge Sharing

This regional platform connects energy professionals who have demonstrated commitment to scale-up of RE and EE, including ministries, regulators, utilities, grid and market operators, ESCOs, and balancing authorities, across Eastern Europe, Western Balkans, Türkiye, South Caucasus and Central Asia. 

Launched in 2025, the Europe and Central Asia Energy Knowledge Network fosters connection among 200+ professionals from 21 countries who come together to share experiences, ask difficult questions, and tackle real implementation challenges.

Network members are nominated by their countries to join a Community of Practice (CoP) in recognition of their role in advancing renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency (EE): (sign up for Connect4Impact to explore)

The CoPs provide practical knowledge exchange through interactive online events, peer-to-peer learning, and study tours, plus an online space - Connect4Impact - for resources and discussions. The Network is supported by the Energy Sector Management Assistance Program and operated by the World Bank's Europe and Central Asia energy team.
