Strengthening Health Systems
About the Program
The Health Systems Flagship Program is a World Bank initiative designed to enhance the capacity of multisectoral policymakers, practitioners, and staff in navigating the complexities of health system reforms.
Through this program, country teams will identify their most significant health system challenges and address them by implementing systemic approaches, fostering collaborative practice and enhancing their technical skills.

Program Features
The Flagship Program will guide participants through a 6-month journey which will include: Online modules on Health Systems Fundamentals, a Systems Change Lab experience, Technical Deep-Dives, Support for Implementation & Institutionalization, and Communities of Practice. 1. Health Systems Fundamentals
Establish a foundational understanding of essential health system components and agendas.
2. Systems Change Lab
Experiment with system thinking tools and approaches through peer learning exchanges to identify leverage points and opportunity areas.
3. Deep Dives
Develop competencies in high- impact technical areas needed to leverage health systems' strengthening.
4. Support for Implementation & Institutionalization
At country request, support country teams to implement their Proposals for Systemic Impact (P4SI) through technical webinars and consultations, and troubleshooting meetings.
5. Communities of Practice
Transform networks to regional systems of influence.
