WELCOME TO FINGROW ACADEMY, an ECA Regional Impact Program under the World Bank Group Academy. FINGROW Academy is a knowledge-sharing and peer-learning community connecting policymakers, practitioners, financial institutions, and the private sector across Europe and Central Asia to turn access to finance into jobs and growth at scale.
Members access curated, policy-relevant knowledge, engage in peer exchange, and gain practical insights to design and implement access-to-finance interventions that work. The Academy links digital finance, credit, and investment with entrepreneurship ecosystems to drive real outcomes such as expanded use of financial services, firm growth, and job creation, with a focus on women, youth, and underserved regions.
FINGROW Academy is a One World Bank Group platform under the FINGROW Multi‑Phase Programmatic Approach (MPA), uniting the World Bank, IFC, MIGA, other IFIs, donors, and the private sector to drive job creation at scale through improved access to finance in Europe and Central Asia. Following its Phase 1 launch in Türkiye and Uzbekistan, the FINGROW MPA and its Academy will expand to six additional ECA countries in subsequent phases.
